Dark crimson. Tarry/leathery nose with real sap and savour. Very sweet start but no raisined character. Good straightforward Graves.

Rather dull crimson. Serious oak on the nose. Relatively lightweight but good balance and good zest. Like a baby Duhart Milon in the Graves...

Ce cru doit son nom à une fontaine aujourd’hui disparue. Depuis une vingtaine d’années, Philibert Perrin a entrepris un programme de replantation du vignoble. D’un rubis élégant à reflets grenat, ce vin est encore très jeune mais il se montre plaisant par sa richesse aromatique (fruits rouges associés à une note de fumée caractéristique de l’appellation) et promet de s’épanouir d’ici deux ou trois ans.
